FuelPlanner is operated by Impeccable Technology Solutions Inc. References to “FuelPlanner,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Impeccable Technology Solutions Inc. in connection with the FuelPlanner website and service.
Use of the service
FuelPlanner is intended to support fuel planning, driver communication, route walkthroughs, and related operational review workflows for trucking fleets. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for reviewing any plan, recommendation, or output before using it in your operations.
No guaranteed results
Any examples, calculator outputs, sample routes, sample fuel prices, or estimated scenarios shown on the website are illustrative only. They are not a guarantee, offer, or promise of savings, operational performance, or financial outcome.
Customer information
Do not submit confidential fuel-card logins, account credentials, or sensitive pricing documents through public website forms. Any customer-specific review that requires actual operating data should be arranged through an agreed process with our team.
Third-party services
FuelPlanner may use third-party services for scheduling, email delivery, communications, hosting, support, or product operations. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes will be addressed in the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.
